Departure for a tour ONLY with a valid ticket! Tickets can be shown on your phone / tablet.
Our bus may be late maximum 20 minutes. After this time please contact us via sms or phone urgently!
During the tour, please listen to the comments and recommendations of the pilot / instructor.
The sport tours (e.g. diving, rafting) contains additional insurance. However, please keep in mind that no insurance covers accidents caused under the influence of alcohol!
If a participant is suffering from chronic diseases should buy additional insurance, otherwise participates in the trip on own responsibility.
Children under 6 years of age free but do not have a guaranteed seat on the bus and sit on their parents' lap. For longer trips (Cappadocia, Pamukkale, etc.) we suggest you buy a child a guaranteed place (choose this option when booking).
Cancellations and refunds: more than 24 hours before the scheduled date you can change the date, trip, number of people, and you will get full refund. Less than 24 hours before the trip and immediately before it is not possible to get any refund! The only exception is sudden illness confirmed by doctor. We do not refund any cost without prior notification to the office.
Cancellation of ordered but unpaid trips: Please remember that the place occupied by you may be used by other tourists! Please respect our work and also to inform us about the cancellation as soon as possible!
We have the right to cancel all confirmed bookings in all circumstances, due to the lack of the minimum number of participants, as well as in cases of so-called force majeure (riots, strikes, natural disasters and other events beyond our control). If we have to cancel or change the trip, or if you are not able to guarantee the realization of the booked trip, we will refund money back or we will offer an alternative date or any other trip.
Alanya Online is not responsible for any purchase (like gadgets, CDs and photos) bought during trips with our contractors (rafting, diving, quads, etc). Complaints should be addressed directly to the people offering such services.
Our representative can shoot and record customers when using our services. We reserve the right to use these materials to advertise and promote our services without obtaining additional written consent. We also reserve the right to quote comments and statements contained in the polls and emails sent to us for promotional and advertising our services.
