Istanbul is a city with over three thousand years of history, connecting two continents: Europe and Asia. Former capital of world empires for a total of 1,600 years.
For centuries, Istanbul was home to many religions, languages, races and nationalities. It was an extraordinary mosaic of cultures and traditions, traces of which we can see today at almost every step. Today, the city of Istanbul is still bustling, delighting and inspiring.
Here you will see modern buildings woven between mosques that remember the times of the sultans. Traditionally dressed women and men and modern, liberated youth.
Street vendors of roasted chestnuts, bagels or sour turnip juice ... you can try one of these delicacies, for example the famous "fish roll" freshly picked from the Bosphorus.
The Egyptian Bazaar is also worth seeing- where the amazing atmosphere of the Orient is still present ... along with the obligation to bargain :-)
Take a ferry across the Bosphorus, learn to bargain and drink Turkish Tea.
Come on a trip to Istanbul and be amazed by the city that has inspired artists from all over the world for hundreds of years.
See not only the impressive sights of the Sultanahmet district: Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Sultan Harem, Hagia Sophia (Temple of Divine Wisdom) but also a unique atmosphere combining tradition and modernity, Europe and Asia, Islam and secularism, urban rush and Turkish tranquility.
The first day of the trip to Istanbul is an intense and full of surprises guided tour, and the second day ... make the most of it!
The guide will tell you where to go, what to see, and how to organize your free time.
