Side Manavgat

Side, an ancient town lies by the seashore, is located in Selimiye Village in Manavgat. There you will have chance to stroll along the streets, remembering the ancient times with their charming old houses and atmospheric cafes. This pleasant walk will lead you to harbour, where the famous Temple of Apollo faces the sea. Here you will have the moment to reflect on the history of town, once an important center of Slave Trade. 

 

After Side Ancient City, you will visit one of the largest and unique Mosques in region, Kulliye Mosque in Manavgat. It was built in 2004, has four towers (minarets), and stunning interior with 5000 people capacity.

 

Half way between Alanya and Antalya, there is a place where you can have a wonderful river cruise. The cruise boat is a traditional wooden ''Gulet'', so you can experience a unique sailing trip. While sailing to a remarkable place where cold, fresh river water mixes with warm, salty sea water, you might be able to see river turtless. The program continues with an unforgettable swimming break on the beach where you can have the possibility to experience salty sea and fresh river water. Lunch is served on the boat.
