Alanya nightlife is surely something you should not miss out on during your stay here! During the summer months, the city turns into a party zone every night – and when we say every night, we mean Monday to Sunday!
From traditional bars to multi-storey nightclubs, from rock to techno. Everybody can enjoy themselves according to their taste here in Alanya. If you are looking for some fun venues to visit and are not sure which to pick, search no more! We will tell you about the best and most favourite places – you can’t go wrong with these!
Most of the city’s nightclubs are located in the centre close to the harbour. The area is sometimes called “Bar Street” or “Bar District.” The clubs are so close to each other that you can do a club tour and visit several of them on the same night.
The area does not only display nightclubs and discos but also many bars and restaurants specializing in Turkish as well as other cuisines. Your night out does not have to be only about dancing, it can become a culinary experience as well. The bazaar and other shops are open late at night, so you can buy some souvenirs or food here too.
Going clubbing in Alanya is very easy. Usually, there is no entry fee to pay, but you should order some drinks at the bar. You should also count on the fact that the more popular venue you visit, the pricier the drinks will be. If you order locally produced drinks, you will save some money and discover something new as well!
Most of the clubs open early in the evening but the biggest parties take place from midnight to ca. 3 a.m. when the majority of the nightclubs close. However, some of the clubs on the outskirts of the city are open until 5 a.m.
The nightclubs in Alanya are generally safe – you will find security guards and metal detectors at the entrances to most of them. Still, remember that you should never go partying alone. If you are travelling on your own, join a group from your hotel if possible. Not only is it more fun, but also safer!
Most bus lines end their service at midnight or 1 a.m., so you are going to need a taxi to get to the hotel after this time. You can also walk back to the hotel on foot if it is in the near distance and you are in a group.
Last but not least, do not forget about “Happy Hours!”
Here are some of Alanya’s top clubs and bars that you should visit to make your holiday adventure complete.
If you are hungry for more dancing after the other nightclubs close, you can take a free bus from the city centre to the Summer Garden nightclub, which is ca. 14 km away. The bus will take you back after the party ends in the morning.
Summer Garden is a restaurant serving pizza, burgers, and pasta during the day and turns into a disco with a large dance floor and laser shows at night. This open-air club radiates tropical summer energy and features an artificial lake with a waterfall and a tank with baby sharks. It was first opened in 1991 and has been one of the most popular venues ever since!
Robin Hood is a legendary 4-storey nightclub where you can dance under the open sky. Each floor is designated to a different theme and a different genre, including Latino, hip-hop and Turkish music. The rooftop offers gorgeous views of Alanya harbour.
This Cuban-themed club will offer you another exotic experience. It hosts not only many DJs, but also performances by Cuban and Brazilian dancers almost every night and serves a wide range of delicious Cuban cocktails. The atmosphere here is great and the club even features an outdoor rooftop terrace where you can take a break from the dancing for a minute.
This Scandinavian nightclub is for all fans of rock music. It is much smaller than the other clubs, so it is perfect for those who are looking for an alternative to the multi-storey mayhems.
Crazy Horse is a tapas bar with strong Latin and Mexican flavour, but you can get sushi or pizza as well. It serves delicious cocktails and has a chilled atmosphere so it makes a great place to start your evening adventure before you move to the wilder venues.
If you are looking for a place to sit down, try the popular Black Horse Bar. Here they serve beer as well as cocktails and even though this place is not primarily for dancing, there is always somebody willing to get the party started.
